Section 3
Abolition Of Jimidari
Jimidari is hereby abolished. As a result of such abolition, all the rights and authorities of the agents related with the Jimidari in the concerned area (Mouja) are ipso facto abolished. Provided that, in the case of land held by the Jimidari, such land shall be registered as Numbari (Raikar land) in the name of the concerned Jimidar as a landowner.
